Third Party Asset Protection
Experience in liaising with various authorities including Network Rail, London Underground, Thames Water & Environment Agency. Experience in obtaining approval and full understanding of the process. Knowledge of soil-structure interaction problems and experience of ground movement analysis and building and tunnels (and buried services) impact assessment and third party asset protection to ensure acceptance of proposals by assessing existing assets and predicting effects of construction activities adjacent to existing infrastructure and surrounding soil. Project stages to include:
- Demolition
- Construction of new embedded retaining walls
- Deep excavations and construction of basement retention systems.
- Raft foundations. & Piled rafts
- Construction of Superstructure
